• Has an excellent telephone voice and is a great listener
• Has Salon and Spa work experience which includes scheduling appointments
• Has retail sales experience
• Has excellent computer skills and a coachable spirit
• Has a high attention to detail and moves through tasks quickly and efficiently
• Is self-motivated and extremely pro-active in completing tasks
• Has work experience in handling cash and multitasking effectively
• Has experience working with people and in customer service
• Is a team player
• Desires a positive work environment with a cooperative team atmosphere that supports both personal and professional success

• Have 5 or more years' work experience (this is a plus, but not necessary)
• Have a coachable spirit, love to learn and applying what you have learned
• Are skilled in formal styling and makeup applications (this is a big plus, but not necessary)
• Excel in consulting with your clients
• Are a great listener
• Have reliable transportation and pride yourself in punctuality
• Have a servant’s heart, and will make serving our clients a #1 priority
