At Imagio Salon and Spa, everyone is important to us. That's why we created the “Imagio Salon and Spa Client Rewards Program” to reward YOU: our most loyal customers. You'll earn points for each service you enjoy and each product, gift card, or package you purchase. You'll earn bonus points for doing fun things like referring a friend to Imagio Salon and Spa or by enjoying a new type of service at the spa or salon. For every 10,000 points you earn, you are eligible to redeem $10 toward your service, up to a maximum of $50 (50,000 pts).

Earning Client Rewards Program Points

Our system automatically tracks the points you've earned. You can check your balance by asking our Salon Support Staff or checking the bottom of your email communications.

Redeeming Client Rewards Program Points

Every 10,000 points earned can be redeemed for $10, up to a maximum of 50,000 points ($50).

You are automatically enrolled in our Client Rewards Program from the first time you make a purchase at Imagio Salon and Spa. You could be close to receiving “Imagio Money” and not even know it! We will email point updates when you have reached eligibility (10,000pts).

The Fine Print

There has to be a catch, right? Not really, but here are a couple of details about how the Client Rewards Program works:

• Points will be awarded at time of check out. For example: if you refer a friend, you will get your points when he/she checks out of the salon or spa. If you pre-book an appointment, you will earn those points when you check out of that appointment, not when you book it.
• Client Rewards Program points may not be redeemed for cash.
• No double dipping! Some purchases may not earn points. For Example you won’t earn points if you buy yourself a gift card and use it on yourself.
• We reserve the right to terminate anyone’s enrollment in our program.
• May not be valid with some special offers or purchases. This will happen rarely, but it may happen.
• We reserve the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
